It is unreasonable to a certain age (and their families be punished) because of the attitude of some of them. Although the statistics to justify certain actions, it would be fair to introduce legislation to prevent young drivers with penalty points on your license for the transportation of persons. It would be very careful about speeding, passing red lights. As from drinking - I know that boys are taken to spend the driver for your friends and stay away from alcohol for the night, and was rewarded with food and soft drinks for his friends. This system seems to work most responsible.

I see this as an excuse for the provision of police young drivers on the basis that looks "younger than 21 years to stop."
