Crotch Straps Give Me Wedgie What Underwear (men Or Women) Should I Wear For Running So I Won't Get A Wedgie Or Bunching In The Crotch?

What underwear (men or women) should I wear for running so I won't get a wedgie or bunching in the crotch? - crotch straps give me wedgie

I'm not gay, but when it comes to home, I'm willing to do anything ... I tried the following and was not one of them:
Compression shorts
Boxer

If you are simply shorts that have been built in harmony, so that you do not need to take into account all of them.
If you or sprint racing, you need to use a jockstrap on.
As you will have found need to operate with ease.

Running as a woman I know can be a little embarrassing when the underwear is too loose (which Rilinger wedgie underwear, as described.) But even if the outer clothing is inappropriate (such as long pants, so they are too lazy to walk) also wedgie.

Try to wear shorts (but not too close, unless, of course, sprints) and try to wear tight underwear. It should work.

Try to write about, I run track and cross country and road races and I usually wear boxers, but he came and rubbed and does not help. Then I always have boxer shorts, but still came and irritated and there is sufficient support. Finally I went to the reports, and they were great, do not irritate and do not return, and the necessary support.

I do not recommend first-hand for the convenience, but my B / F is wearing a thong and lingerie under his running shorts and swears by it. He says he has the support they need to maintain and does not increase or friction. I had the same problem before you.

He has run marathons in them without any problems.

For me, I like to run - but the female anatomy is different! :) But the best of comfort and performance.
