Fallen Foot Arches What Does It Mean When People Say "your Arch(in Your Foot) Has Fallen"?

What does it mean when people say "your arch(in your foot) has fallen"? - fallen foot arches

My foot is doing much for me and my two big up to my bow, my grandmother told me my bow probably fallen. What does that mean exactly? Is this a serious injury? Should I see a doctor?
