I have mail options chat to blocking spam, eliminating the exception that you do not open my contacts and allows me to be talking to people. Customer Service from Yahoo can not find or submit an online question-answering. Help! I speak with my friends!

Hello, click on your Yahoo! Messenger on top of "Messenger" then "Settings" and you do not click "ignore list" Make sure not to this position with "Ignore anyone who is not on my Messenger list. And make sure no contacts in the situation, where it says "Ignore only the people below," ... because if it want to unblock contacts in which you, then you must delete them from the list and click Apply and then OK.
If you can initiate a live chat extra help with Yahoo! Technical Support Agent. Connect to Yahoo Messenger! And click on Help, then click on "Messenger" then you open the web page of the help and click on "Contact Us"
Just click on the yellow link where it says "Live with us now," and a small window opens when you are prompted to enter your name and e-mail address and a brief description of your problem and giveNo, click on "start discussion" ... Sometimes you have to wait in line for a bit, because the agents busy with other customers.
